Had a wonderful experience at Trevinos. Tristan was a great sales rep was patient with me and my family and when our phones died got us a charger drinks and popcorn to make us feel right at home. The finance manager Alex was so amazing super knowledgeable about the financial aspects and was able to even get me cheaper insurance for both of my cars that literally saved me about 300 dollars a month compared to other insurances.

As a first time buyer I am extremely impressed at the quality of customer service Treviño Auto Mart provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Ricky who was very helpful in my search for a vehicle. I did go through the website to take a look at vehicles they had which made the process much quicker and efficient. During the approval and signing process, I also felt so comfortable an confident in my decision thanks to Alex for explaining the whole process very clearly to me as well as gave me options on insurances as well & a big thank you to Tristian for helping me with my plates for my car . I had to buy a car really quick due to an auto accident that totaled my car. I had gone to several car lots even a dealership, they didn’t want to work with me because of bad credit and down payment amount. Treviño not only helped me with getting the car I wanted but they were very courteous and genuine, especially Miguel. Although the car was a little older then I wanted to buy but impressed the car was clean, well kept and fully functional.
