As people in the Rio Grande Valley have learned, with the price difference of almost $13,500, this the widest gap between new and previously owned cars in five years. The end of zero percent financing from car manufacturing has also led to higher monthly payments for new car buyers.

Still, the demand for quality vehicles remains high as families in Harlingen, McAllen and Brownsville outgrow their vehicles or need to replace them. Previously owned cars are now seen as a quality, affordable option for people from all over South Texas.
